These spurs are marked with an anchor. The anchor was the mark used by North & Judd and was registered in 1879. The North & Judd company made spurs well into the 1900's. - Condition: Used, Use-able, some pitting and flaking, a few rust spots.
- Size: Ladies/Youth
- 5" overall length, inside heel width 2 1/2, shanks 1 1/2", five point 1 /14" star rowels.
- Embellished on one side of each band with a "star" and 4 diamonds.
- Old original heel chains
- Pantina: Very good aged color.
- Marked with a stick anchor on underside of shanks - both spurs.
- Old leather straps included, need to be oiled
We estimate that these spurs were probably made in the 1940"s. The rowels have a little play in them, but they are still usable. Use 'em and wear em'. They will increase in value. (as long as they are kept in good condition). SOLD! NO LONGER AVAILABLE. R.M. |
