• Overall length 6", inside heel width 3 1/2", 2" shank, 10 point 1 3/4" rowel, chap guard


• Made of bronze, with nickel silver horse-head inside a horseshoe mounting


• Good used condition, has old heel chains but the chains are not original


• "Anchor' mark on bottom of shank, "star" mark near inside button, stamped "HERCULES BRONZE"  near outside button

This antique spur has the Buermann "star" and "HERCULES BRONZE" mark as well as the North & Judd "Anchor" mark.  North & Judd bought out August Buremann in 1926 and continued for a while to use some of the Buermann spur patterns and marks.
